Three Keys to Eating Better and Faster Weight Loss

If you want to lose weight, we all know that healthy eating

diet is important when talking about lifelong
changes with weight management.should be job
number 1. Is exercise important? Sure, but
unfortunately,  I hope this article you some
easy, yet effective tips for you to make healthy food choices on
a daily basis.

1. Healthy fats should be added to most meals. Eating enough
healthy fats is very important for burning bad fats and
balancing muscle building hormones. Adequate healthy fats in
your diet also helps in keeping your appetite under control.

Where can you find healthy fats? Everywhere! They're already in
some foods you eat! Grab a handful of raw nuts or seeds. Or try
some avocado along side of organic egg yolks. Both extra virgin
olive oil and coconut oil have healthy fats. And if you're going
to eat meat, make sure it's grass-fed. Grass fed meat is a great
source of the healthy fat, conjugated linoleic acid, which helps
burn body fat and build muscle.

A great way to add some good fats is to eat a small handful of
raw nuts several minutes before a meal along with a big glass of
water. Good choices are pecans, walnuts and almonds. This helps
quell your appetite and adds and fiber so that you eat less
calories overall and get more nutrition due to the high nutrient
density of most nuts.

2. Try to eat a small portion high quality protein source with
each meal and snack that you eat. Eating good proteins naturally
encourages appetite suppression so you thereby reduce your
calorie intake.

Getting ample quality proteins also helps you to build lean
muscle (if you're lifting regularly). This helps your metabolism
to run at a higher rate from the increased lean muscle on your
body.

Including protein at most of your meals also helps your body
control blood sugar and insulin levels by helping to slow the
breakdown of ingested carbohydrates.

3. Although low carb diets have their fans, I believe most
weight loss issues revolve around highly processed carbs. The
reason weight is a problem for most people is due to eating
excessive simple carbohydrates such as white bread and junk food
on a daily basis.

Eating a moderate amount of fruit is ok since the fiber slows
the natural sugar from racing into the digestive system. But
stay away from fruit juices. They have no fiber and too much
sugar.

In my experience as a nutritionist, when people start to
minimize their grain consumption (from cereals, crackers,
breads, etc), they lose body fat much easier. I suggest eating
less grains and more fruits and vegetables. This one step
usually helps people manage their weight.

Using these 3 tips for eating a healthier diet and I'll guess
that you'll see some pounds melt away and feel more energetic to
boot.
